Price list of services and specialist visits at the Lew-Starowicz Therapy Center.
The clinic does not provide medical consultations by email (only in-person or online appointments are available after prior registration), nor does it share specialists’ personal contact details (telephone numbers or email addresses). In exceptional urgent situations, the clinic may forward an email sent to centrum@lew-starowicz.pl to the specialist’s private email address.
Free cancellation of an appointment is possible in the following cases:
According to the Facility Regulations (Section 41, paragraph 1), available HERE, we kindly ask you to cancel your appointment with a medical specialist or urogynecological physiotherapist no later than one day before the scheduled date.
If the appointment is not cancelled within this time frame or is cancelled on the day of the visit, the fee for the session will be added to the next appointment.
The therapeutic contract binding the psychotherapists at the facility requires the Client to cancel a scheduled session no later than three business days in advance. This rule is intended to ensure continuity of the therapeutic process and to respect the time reserved for therapeutic work. If this deadline is not met, the fee for the session will be charged and collected during the next visit.
In urgent or unforeseen situations, the decision to waive the fee is made by the psychotherapist. Due to the importance of regular attendance for the effectiveness of therapy, cancelling three consecutive sessions by the Client without a justified reason — even while observing the above cancellation policy — results in the termination of the therapeutic process.
The therapeutic contract with Dr. Iza Jąderek, MD, PhD, allows for up to 4 missed therapy sessions within 12 months from the start of therapy without incurring any charges. All other sessions are subject to payment in accordance with the price list.
The therapeutic contracts with Dr. Magdalena Felcyn-Koczewska and Maciej Zajkowski provide for payment for every scheduled session. Therefore, cancelled sessions are also treated as payable.
