Patrycja Piasecka-Sulej

Education and professional experience

Patrycja Piasecka-Sulej — psychologist, psychotherapist.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, SWPS University, and the four-year postgraduate Psychotherapy School at the INTRA Centre for Psychological Support and Education in Warsaw, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association (PTP). She also completed specialisation training at the School of Sexual Therapy and numerous specialist psychotherapy courses.

In her daily practice, she provides psychological consultations and conducts psychotherapy with both individual adult clients and couples, working within an integrative approach.

She also provides brief solution-focused therapy (SFBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). She holds an international certificate from the International Society for Emotion Focused Therapy (ISEFT).

She most often works with individuals and couples experiencing crises, seeking psychological support and counselling. She conducts sessions in Polish, English, and Italian.

In her free time, she enjoys physical activity, reading, and discovering the world through both near and distant travels.

Scope of activity

She conducts interpersonal communication workshops and support groups.

She most often works with people experiencing life crises, seeking psychological support and counselling. She also helps individuals who wish to improve their quality of life, experience themselves more fully, and find greater harmony between body, psyche, and mind.

She has collaborated with the “MaMa” Foundation and the “Blue Line” National Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence, operated on behalf of the State Agency for the Prevention of Alcohol-Related Problems (PARPA).

She provides psychotherapy in English and Italian.
