How should I prepare for a visit to a sexologist?
A visit to a sexologist doctor does not fundamentally differ from a visit to any other medical specialist. In addition to taking a medical history, during the appointment the doctor may, with the patient’s consent, perform a physical examination, informing the patient in advance about its course.
If the patient has up-to-date medical documentation (i.e. from the last 3 months), they are asked to bring it to the appointment.
What are the most common problems patients report to a sexologist?
The range of problems patients present with is very broad. The most common include erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, orgasm disorders, desire disorders, low libido, sex addiction or compulsive sexual behavior, sexual identity disorders, issues related to sexual orientation, and difficulties in sexual and partner relationships.

In our facility, in addition to the services of sexologists and psychiatrists (including child and adolescent psychiatrists), we also offer specialized care provided by highly experienced professionals, including:

Is it possible to pay by payment card?
Yes, we accept card payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO.
When can an appointment be cancelled without incurring a fee?
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge under the following conditions:
- A therapy session may be cancelled no later than 3 business days before the scheduled appointment.
- A medical appointment may be cancelled no later than 1 business day before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled by phone, SMS, or e-mail: centrum@lew-starowicz.pl on any business day (Mon–Thu 8:00–21:00, Fri 8:00–18:00). The facility is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
How should a person undergoing transition prepare for their first visit to an endocrinologist?
Before the first appointment with an endocrinologist, we kindly ask you to complete the following tests and bring the results.
Transgender woman (M/F): complete blood count (CBC), lipid profile, ALT, AST, creatinine, potassium, sodium, calcium, glucose, lipid profile, prolactin, estradiol, testosterone.
Transgender man (F/M): complete blood count (CBC), lipid profile, ALT, AST, creatinine, potassium, sodium, calcium, glucose, lipid profile. Additionally, in the first phase of the menstrual cycle: prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, breast ultrasound, and gynecological consultation (including ultrasound of the reproductive organs).
Does the facility have parking available?
The facility is located in the very city center, so due to limited space only city parking is available. However, parking spaces can be found opposite the hospital entrance, along Nowogrodzka Street (No. 62) up to Lindleya Street. Parking fees apply according to the parking meter rates.
