Education and professional experience

She is a graduate of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. She is currently completing a four-year training programme at the School of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at SWPS University. She works within the cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach, adapting therapeutic methods to the individual needs of each person.

She continuously develops her professional skills by participating in courses, training programmes, and scientific conferences. She has completed, among others, the Couples Therapy School at the Institute of Health Psychology, the INTRA Psychological Training and Workshop School, and a course in Rational Behaviour Therapy.

She gained her professional experience at the Third Psychiatric Clinic of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, the Clinical Psychiatric Ward of Bielański Hospital, the Ursynów-Wilanów Mental Health Centre, and the Crisis Intervention Helpline.

She regularly participates in supervision, ensuring the quality and ethical standards of her therapeutic work.
