Scope of activity
She works with adults seeking to understand their inner world, explore internal conflicts, and reflect on what concerns or inspires them. She supports patients in reaching deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and unconscious aspects that may contribute to psychological suffering or emotional pain.
She provides psychotherapy for people experiencing broadly understood life crises, existential difficulties, feelings of being lost in the surrounding world or in relationships with others, and for those wishing to better understand themselves and explore aspects of their identity that are not yet fully known to them.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is addressed to people who are curious about themselves and ready for long-term, in-depth work aimed at discovering often hidden sources of their difficulties. The therapeutic process involves exploring thoughts, feelings, memories, fantasies, experiences, spontaneous and sometimes surprising associations, dreams, as well as the relationship between the therapist and the patient.
Through this process, the psychotherapist helps the patient understand their inner world, explore the functioning of their mind, and deepen self-awareness, while remaining attentive to aspects of personality that may not yet be consciously accessible.
She works within a psychoanalytic setting (regularly scheduled sessions, more than once a week). The therapeutic process usually begins with three consultation meetings, aimed at getting to know the patient and their personal history, identifying difficulties, allowing the patient to experience the analytic approach, and exploring motivation for undertaking this form of psychotherapy — a therapy that creates space for examining deep emotional processes.
