Anna Kudyba

Education and professional experience

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Social Psychology and the Psychotherapy School at the INTRA Centre for Psychological Support and Education. She has completed numerous psychotherapy training courses and specialist workshops, as well as internships at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw.

Scope of activity

She provides individual and group psychotherapy for adults, as well as developmental workshops, training programmes, and support groups. She works with couples experiencing relationship crises or looking for ways to resolve conflicts and/or increase satisfaction within their relationship.

In her psychotherapeutic work, she follows the principles of the humanistic-existential approach, incorporating techniques and tools from Gestalt therapy and transactional analysis.

She also works with people seeking support and development in the area of professional life. She provides life coaching and business coaching. In coaching processes, conducted in accordance with the highest quality standards of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), she follows the framework developed by the International Coaching Community. She conducts workshops focused on work-life balance.

She has experience working with parents of children with behavioural difficulties (including ADHD), through support groups organised, among others, by the Clinical Department of Developmental Psychiatry at the Independent Children’s Clinical Hospital in Warsaw.

She supports parents experiencing difficulties in everyday family situations and conducts parenting skills training. Her professional work is conducted under regular supervision.
