Individual psychotherapy is intended for people who:
- Are experiencing a life crisis (including professional or family-related crises)
- Want to examine their relationships in order to better understand them
- Experience psychosomatic symptoms
- Feel anxiety, loneliness, confusion, or a lack of life purpose
- Are going through a crisis due to the loss of a loved one
- Experience ongoing stress
- Struggle with uncontrolled outbursts of anger or rage
The first visit takes the form of a consultation aimed at getting to know each other and defining therapeutic goals. Sessions last 50 minutes and, depending on the agreement between the psychotherapist and the client, are scheduled once a week, once every two weeks, or twice a week.
